This hotel is so old and dingy. The lobby makes it appear nice, but the room was so stinky from the musty shower curtain. We had to get housekeeping to come replace it as soon as we checked in. The air conditioning doesn't work like it should and has to be turned down to the lowest setting for the room to be cool enough to sleep. It also doesn’t remove the humidity and the room was constantly muggy and stale. I won't stay here again, it was a long, uncomfortable 5 night stay.

I stayed at this hotel with my kids, from Monday to Saturday, and all I can say is.. Amazing experience Everyone is so nice. Very clean room and beautiful Close to everything… I can’t wait to go back. I will rate this place 100 💯

Great that the property was close enough to the airport, but far enough away that you could not walk to the skytrain station. The shuttles were okay, but could use some updating. Loved the cleanliness of the entire property, but the limited accessibility to restaurants was a downside we could not overlook. Furthermore, there was no pool or hot tub. Good stay nonetheless.

The staff was amazing!! I would go back just because of them!!
